Level 1B

The 2nd semester of the sequence introduces listening and Quran Analysis in addition to additional textual analysis to develop translation skills and for further exposure to Quranic vocabulary. The listening section develops students' comprehension skills for when they hear Arabic, particularly listen to the Quran. Quran Analysis is where everything comes together and students engage portions of the Quran, applying the tools and analyzing and appreciating the selections from the commonly recited 30th portion (Juz Amma) in a deeper fashion.

Build the foundation to understand the language of the Qur’an.

Level 1A introduces students to the most common Grammar and Morphology concepts found throughout the Qur’an. You’ll learn these concepts step by step, then put them into practice through extensive exercises, Qur’anic text analysis, and steadily expanding vocabulary.

Registration & Policies

Complete your registration by making your tuition payment.

A full refund is available until early registration closes. A 50% refund is available until the start of the course. After the course begins, full credit toward a future Fawakih course is available, but no refunds are offered.
