Fawakih “MORE” are lighter weekly sessions that aim to build on and enrich the learnings in the core without adding extra pressure or work. Core students can just join when they can and have recordings available when they can't! It's all extra credit . These are exclusively available for Fawakih core students as an ‘add-on’ service, as these do not replace the journey, they simply enhance it.

We are currently offering three MORE classes: Quran Speaking Saturdays, Sarfing Saturdays, and Quran Line-by-Line Thursdays, and you can enroll in all three for $30/month.

Subscribed students will have access to all class recordings as long as their subscription is active.

 

QUR'AN SPEAKING SATURDAYS

This course provides students an opportunity to strengthen their Quranic Arabic through guided muhādatha (conversation) practice. Sessions focus on essential vocabulary, sentence structures, and practical dialogue. Students engage in real-life scenarios and thematic discussions to gain fluency, build confidence, and connect spoken Arabic with the structure and style of Quranic expression.  This class will focus on conversational skills from a Qur'anic Arabic perspective. Emphasis will be placed on developing and enhancing one's conversational skills using a Quranic Arabic framework. Live class will meet Saturdays from 11:30-12:30 pm ET 

 

SARF-ING SATURDAYS

"Sarf-ing Saturdays" includes live classes, which meet Saturdays from 10-11am ET.  Each class will aim to cover major vocabulary words chosen from appoximately 5-6 pages of the musḥaf. This will follow the coverage of Quran in the "Line-by-Line" class, which is paced to cover approximately one juz per month.

 

QURAN LINE-BY-LINE THURSDAYS

Qur'an "Line-by-Line" course with Ustadh Ismail ibn Ali includes live class, which meet Thursdays from 8-9pm ET.  Each class will aim to cover approximately 5-6 pages of the musḥaf, to complete approximately one juz per month.
