Pre-1A: Improving Quranic Reading Fluency

This course is designed for those who struggle reading Arabic to improve their fluency in reading the Quran. This course will bolster Quranic fluency using direct application to verses in the Quran. Emphasis will be placed on reading fluency. The course will begin with a review of the alphabet, and will then build on this and reinforce Quranic reading skills. 

Students are expected to have a basic recognition of Arabic letters prior to enrolling. Students will then reinforce their reading skills via short passages from the Quran and other texts.

  • Course uses the Pre-Level 1A Fawakih curriculum. The PDF will be available in the student portal. The textbook is still in development, and should be available by the end of 2025.
